Attorney Timothy Helbing was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin and received his undergraduate degree from Edgewood College in 1996. He earned his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2000.
When he is not in the office or advocating for his clients, Timothy enjoys spending time with his two amazing sons, Tyler and Alex. On weekends, he can be found cheering his sons on at a youth soccer game or practicing at the dojo, where he has earned the rank of Nidan (second-degree black belt) in Shuri Te Jujitsu and advanced student level in Inayan System 3 Eskrima.

Sheri resides in Brillion with her husband, Robert, and their three boys, Alex, Bobby, and Aiden. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and children in the outdoors, traveling and visiting with family and friends. She is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys snowmobiling in the winter.

Prior to this, she worked in healthcare for ten years, and spent seven of those ten years managing a specialty medical clinic. Courtney enjoys assisting clients through every step of their claim. Courtney resides in Appleton with her fiancé and son. In her free time, she enjoys watching her son play basketball, yoga, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
Jessie joined Fitzgerald Law Firm in March 2022 and is a legal assistant to Attorney Rachel Fitzgerald. Prior to this, she worked in healthcare for 3 years as a surgical technician in neurosurgery. Having first-hand experience in the operating room, Jessie has a unique perspective on what clients endure with a severe injury. Jessie enjoys working all aspects clients’ cases, collecting information specific to their claim, draws up documents, requesting and reviewing medical records and bills.
Jessie resides in Seymour with her husband, Darrin, and their three children, Brayden, Olivia and Myles. In her free time, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading.
